Just a reminder to fishers that the second of the three Coral Reef Fin Fish spawning closures commences on Friday 21st November. The closure remains up to and including Saturday 29th of November. This means the taking of all fish classified as Coral Reef Fin Fish is prohibited during that period. If you are unsure of what species are included in the closure, please view this DPI&F Web Page.My understanding is that the third closure scheduled to take place over the Christmas break has been canned for 2008.
