A local fishing identity has just informed me that the Hinchinbrook Shire do not intend to renew the lease on the Mona Rd Boat Ramp. The lease runs out at the end of this month, and beyond that the ramp will no longer be able to be used by locals and the general public. A Facebook page has been opened to gather support to keep the ramp open. Please join the page to keep up to date and pledge your support.
